Steven Lamp who's career spans back to the early nineties with many wins in flats specific tournaments for the Key West Grand SLAM of tarpon permit and bonefish. These tournaments had two rules. One - all fishing must be done in pole-able depth of water and Two - Must be done from a traditional flats fishing skiff or boat.
